My trainer and I work very hard but you haven’t shared his hard credentials or face to let others know that he is a phenomenal tea inter. How will they know if you don’t share his face like the other trainers? We are 11 lbs down in less than 2 months. I’ll change my rating if you put him in the screen. His name is Marcus Dennis.
Good gym with lots of good equipment to get a good lift. Sadly from 4PM-8:45PM, almost impossible to get a lift in without waiting. Insanely overcrowded at those times and while some of that is normal in the gym world, theirs is worse than most. Also the hours on weekends suck, 7-7 is kind of crazy if you have any weekend plans and still like an evening lift. Overall if you’re lifting during the day, 5/5 but that’s a rarity for most.
I’ve had my membership at this gym for about a year now and I love it! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Lots of open space, and a lot of variety, I especially like how they have arc trainers which is my favorite cardio workout. I do wish that it was closer to where I live but it’s worth the drive.
Mae is an amazing instructor! Always positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain each exercise ! We feel motivated to keep going on this fitness journey 💪🏻
