Too lazy to have an actual person answer the phone
I've cancelled my membership multiple times after pausing for medicinal issues and yet I'm still being charged with added fees. I was told in January there's no manager and it would be sent to corporate yet I haven't been contacted and there's supposedly no number for me to reach the corporate office. This used to be my favorite gym and now I don't know if I'll ever go back.

The locker rooms are always dirty. Hand sanitizer hasn't been filled in weeks. The wipes to clean the machines are often empty, and the employees are always on their phones. I tried to renew my membership every morning for a week and they barely glanced away from their phones long enough to just tell me they didn't know how and to just go work out. Why pay for membership if they just let anyone in for free?
