Truck driver friendly, park in back in loading dock, it’s not used anymore. Showers hot but another location without a shelf so you have to put your stuff on the ground and I don’t like that for some reason. Water fountain cold and all equipment up to par. Overall good location and I was most impressed with the couple interactions I had with the staff here, very nice people
The equipment is nice. But they need to figure out how to clean. The entire place. Then today show up right before 6am and nobody had even shown up to unlock the doors and allow members to workout. Just one lone employee outside turning people away because no manager could figure out showing up.

Cancelation is a nightmare. They will force you to pay for months after you cancel and will charge you the 50 fee early to make sure you pay as much as possible before going. Also, if they tell you you have to come in person, you dont. Send them an email with a signature. Edit: the official response is unprofessional and dismissive of the issues I went through. Very disappointed with my experience canceling my membership at Crunch Champaign. I originally signed up for a premium membership in August and later downgraded in person to a base membership in February. At no point during the downgrade process was I informed that changing my plan would restart a new 12-month commitment or that it could later result in an early termination fee.
