I have been a member of Crunch Fitness for the past three years, and I would like to recognize the significant improvements made under the new manager’s leadership. The gym is now consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained, and the equipment is kept in excellent condition. They let the group classes take over the entire floor so you’re fighting for mirror/floor space. One instructor is very rude about this.. also I came this morning at like 7:10am it was closed and pitch black inside. I left to go get coffee and come back still closed at 7:30am- drove from urbana by the way to work out. 100% pissed off. It’s 830 and still not open it’s people sitting outside like they’re waiting on a game release.
Absolutely Love This Place!! Staff is Beyond Helpful and Friendly. The hydromassage beds are out of this world relaxing. Suggest that Everyone take some Me time and take advantage of them. Also tanning beds are very well kept . 5 stars in my book forsure
