The absolute worst. A money hungry corporation that wants your money even after you cancel your membership. I canceled my membership last month and due to their deceptive terms of service I was unaware that they would charge me for an entire extra month when I am a single parent and barely make it anyway
Their "cancel any time" is a lie. I tried to cancel a few times, and every time they said only their manager can cancel membership, so they only froze my membership. Now that they have added the online option for cancellation, they say you have to pay another month's fee because of a 30-day notice rule, which was not communicated to me when I signed up. So frustrating.

Fist time staff really cleaned tanning beds way to go. I was going to cancel my membership but I'm staying based on a 1 in 10 times being better today.
