I've been going to Crunch Fitness in Brantford for the past year. Staff arevery friendly and knowledgeable, they want to see you succeed. Equipment is usually kept in great shape occasionally equipment is unavailable but they are very on top of getting things fixed quickly. Change rooms are kept in great shape. Highly recommend making this your home gym if you are in or near Brantford.
Crunch is a great gym, and Kaia makes it even better! She’s always welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. She creates such a positive atmosphere and truly cares about the members. If you see Kaia, you’ll feel right at home!
Lots of space and equipment, friendly staff
I can’t say enough good things about Kaia ! Every time I come to crunch, she makes the experience better super friendly, helpful, and encouraging. She does an amazing job keeping the gym clean and organized. It’s people like her that keep me coming back, Highly recommend!
