I’m fairly new to the gym it’s been great so far. I like the environment of the gym its self, weekends are when I can mostly come in due to my job. Keisha has been very helpful with my experience!!
You mention that customer satisfaction is your top priority but that is false. Take a Quick Look through your reviews. You say if there is anything you can do, to let you know. I’ve been trying to have someone do “anything they can do” for nearly 8 weeks now. I am owed a refund, and have not received it. All I want is my refund. Any other place of business will issue you a refund immediately. If you can take money on site when someone signs up then you are able to refund them.
