The gym is always clean, the classes are great and my trainer John is BEYOND amazing!!! The part that is 2 thumbs down is the management. If you ever have an issue here, I will say, make sure you either record your convo or get everything in writing. One moment they will say one thing and then try to change it the next. Heard the Norristown Crunch is better so looking to change my home location sadly.

I don’t know if I wrote a review already but I go 3-4x/week. I do mostly cardio and some of the weight machines. I never have to wait for a treadmill, but a lot of the guests take a long time between sets on the machines (not a gym issue… it’s a people issue). Despite 5 weeks in Japan and about 4 weeks off for medical issues I’ve passed 150 visits since 8/1 and the location between work and home is perfect. Staff are always friendly when I come in and the price is right.
