Not a good fit for me. I mostly train heavy with a powerbuilding foundation. I came in for the free trial to do a leg day, but the platforms have thick cushions on them, which raises the bar height too much and turns lifts into half reps. For me, that was a dealbreaker. I asked the staff about it, and they said it was because neighbors had complained about noise. Best gym with the best trainers.
Best gym in the area, especially for the price. All new equipment is of high quality. Only 12 dollars a month, so very affordable. Great gym atmosphere, amazing staff, and never too busy. Overall, I definitely recommend checking Crunch out, it's awesome.
By far the best gym I've ever been to. They have tons of equipment, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean.
