I wouldn’t trust them with my credit card, cancelled my membership while physically being at the gym and signing the cancellation form (like you are supposed to) got charged an absurd yearly fee even though I was only a member for 2 months. A few months went by and they still kept charging me and I had to go back and speak to the manager again to finally get the membership cancled again (no refund or anything) + got charged a penalty fee for late payments because they tried to bill an old credit card. Staff is always very friendly. Plenty of space to work out. Equipment is typically clean and in good condition. My only suggestion is having some sort of ventilation for the locker rooms, especially the women's with all of the sprays, aerosols, etc it can be quite nauseating/suffocating. Locker rooms in general could use a deep clean/repairs, but overall they do the trick.
Disgusting membership practices. They will try to get every penny they can out of you before you can cancel. I signed up via a promotion to test it out for a month, I think I paid $5 or something for that first month. Little did I know that committed me to have to pay for 3 full months at $35 and their annual fee which was I think $60. So when I went in to cancel after the first month they wouldn’t let me. I had previously been a member at the Bonita springs location, after they had closed down I moved to this location, unaware that my membership had been cancelled from the previous location. Luckily SUSA had helped me regain my membership, provided me details of the promotion for the month of April and walked me through the benefits of each level of membership. She was very well informed on the policies of the gym and made the signup process take less than 5 mins. 10/10 experience
