Equipment itself is in good condition, bathrooms ate disgusting, never paper towels or soap, toilets are covered in the stuff they are supposed to be flushing I would post picks but I think my word wold be better to stomach for most people
I’m mainly frustrated about having to pay an extra $71 just to cancel my membership—and then being told I’d be sent to collections if I didn’t pay it immediately. It’s especially frustrating because I was a member for three years, and the person I spoke with was surprisingly short and rude, even though I was being polite and didn’t raise much of a complaint.
