I hate leaving bad reviews I really do. Tried to switch my home gym from port Arthur to Bmt, was told that was not allowed. Tried to upgrade my membership to work out anywhere, was told that wasn’t allowed. The older lady at the front desk had no interest in helping me resolve this issue but insisted on turning me and my money away. Told me to go to port Arthur twice, without even offering me a day pass or allowing me to work out. I paid for a whole year in advance. They send female Cleaners into the men’s room during busy hours they Tell you to go cancel online if you can’t make it to the store but never answer the cancellation request and charged me $$30 and then another $87 all in the same week and told me in order to cancel. I will have to pay another $30.

Just left Sizzle HIIT! After recently leaving the hospital, I knew exactly where to go to rebuild — DeVaughn’s class. He is consistent, motivating, joyful, and truly the best coach. He offers early morning (5am) and afternoon (6:30p) classes, which makes it easy for those of us with fixed schedules to stay committed.
