I absolutely loved this gym. It was perfect in every way. I was doing personal training until my personal trainer left. I was seeing him specifically because we were doing boxing. I canceled my membership. I continued to get charged for personal training. Then went to cancel the personal training that i was getting charged for. THEN i got charged AGAIN for personal training because apparently the first person just froze the account. Just spoke to Phil the GM. He was rude and when I got frustrated he wasn’t happy with my tone. I’ve been a member for 8 mos. Been to this overcrowded gym , parking is a nightmare, with subpar at best classes twice. I tried to cancel over the phone several months ago but was told I had to come in. I work late almost every night and past a certain time there’s nobody there that knows what to do. Went in yesterday and although they have collected 35.00 a month for 7 months of nothing they want to charge another month to cancel!... read more
