If I could give 0 stars I literally would. They’ve been charging me for not even going to the gym I’ve been trying to contact them for over 1 1/2 months trying to cancel they will only say you can cancel in person or mail a letter. Can’t cancel over phone or online. No where whenever I signed up online does it say I can’t cancel online. Won’t cancel my membership without paying another absurd amount. Decent but crowded
3/27/2026 Easy to sign up. Really hard to cancel. I couldn’t respond to the owner, but your iPad was down and they record my information. I even contacted the online forum and submit my cancellation and that was a no go. It’s been a week and I have not received any confirmation. I have photo proof if you like. It’s not as easy as they mentioned. I am also aware of your policy for one month cancellation fees. I’ve been a member here for several years, and have really enjoyed my experience. Also, lately I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the staff and the leadership being provided to them. Gym is sparkling clean, lighting is bright (no burned out bulbs in fixtures), and various repairs are being done promptly and in a quality manner. 5 stars. Highly recommend! Congratulations to the leadership and staff for creating a high quality workout environment - keep up the great work!
