When they advertise as a judgement free zone, they mean it. I've never felt more comfortable in a gym, than I do here. It feels like a second home. And I am not fit (yet). The staff, the members, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Updated to add, I'm very disappointed that they haven't resolved the issue with the pool/ sauna area. I'm paying to have these amenities, that I use to use daily, and I can't access them.

I’ve been a member paying $40 per month for a top-tier membership for a couple years, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. The sauna and pool area have been closed for months with no explanation or updates to members. These amenities were a significant reason I chose this membership, yet I’m still being charged the full price. Yesterday, I felt compelled to write this review to give kudos to the staff at Crunch Fitness so here goes: Michelle is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Every interaction so far has been positive. She consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Great leadership and customer service! EDIT: my car was broken into on broad daylight due to there being ZERO SECURITY at this gym There are NO CAMERAS Thieves can have a field day with your belongings and there is ZERO recourse. It is a matter of time before it happens to you too, after questioning some gym members this is actually quite common in this parking lot. While I like the gym, nobody should have thier property destroyed and stolen on your premises. Honestly I joined Crunch Fitness about a month ago and ever since then I keep asking the front desk if we will ever have a working Sauna. They stated they are waiting for some permits from City of Houston which I don’t know if it’s true. Really considering on canceling my membership and going somewhere else.
