This gym does not care about their customers. I recently felt singled out and harassed by a supervisor, no less, who went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. So much so, I canceled my membership after 2 years. And when I went to the front desk to cancel, the lack of concern was alarming. They had no interest in investigating the matter, just focused on getting my last payment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Long review ….. I have been a member of this gym for more than two years. During that time, I have remained patient and understanding despite several ongoing issues, including multiple gas leaks, broken or unsafe equipment, including the removed monitors from all the cycling bikes and missing foot straps and instances where instructors who did not appear to be properly certified were teaching or substituting classes. I have been a committed member for a long time now, and I'm very disappointed in this gym. The pool and the hot tub and sauna are open..however they are not offering any type of compensation to premium members. I am handicapped and the pool and the hot tub is the whole reason that I joined. The bathroom and shower is not sanitary. This place has really changed and gone downhill, they are quick to get you to join and take your money but when you complain, they want to fill your head with excuses instead of results.
