Great atmosphere, great amenities, and overall a fairly well kept gym in terms of cleanliness. Staff is extremely helpful and have outstanding customer service to all who walk through the door.
This gym is the worst in the world. They're shameless. When you cancel your membership by email, they never send you the cancellation confirmation. And if they reply 30 days later, they try to charge you for another month, even though I paid for my plan month by month. It was my most expensive membership with no commitment whatsoever, and now they're charging me an extra $350, even though mine was supposed to be commitment-free. It's outrageous! Update 08/21/23 Went in this morning. Wanted to utilize the tanning once again. Was told it was my turn. Walk into the tanning room and there is a maintenance guy with the bed in pieces. So I go to the front desk to make the counter person aware.. so I’m reassigned to be the next in line for the other bed. I’m waiting a good bit… and they assign someone else to go in before me. Crunch Atascocita is always a joy to attend. I am able to get in and get out in a decent time. Today during my visit I did run into a small inconvenience, after expressing my concern to the front desk reception Lucero she stepped in immediately and made my visit smooth and easy.
