Asked 3 times to have the overhead fan to be turned on Manager said no the first time but no one got back to me. The fan should have been turned on for paying members, not kept off so they can dust and mop. Unacceptable.
Came to work out at almost 5pm. Showers were closed for cleaning. Probably should clean during less busy hours. Had to go home. No workout. Couple days before was allowed to shower while they clean so idk
I just signed up 1 week ago. My first monthly payment was due today, I dont have the money until Friday, so I called them to set up a payment plan, or to tell them to take it out Friday and was told I'll be suspended and cant work out until paid in full. I get it, bills should be on time, but at least I called to set up a payment plan and the lady literally hung up on me half way though me talking once i said I'll cancel.
