This has now been several weeks this gym has not been open on time, well over 20 cars here now all leaving because zero staff, zero management, no worker at this location has shown up to work. I absolutely plan to cancel my membership. This is ridiculous. ***PLEASE NOTE THIS LOCATION DOES NOT LIST RELIABLE OPEN OR CLOSING TIMES***

I called & cancel my gym membership, back in June. They redebited my account $168.00 5 months later. I didn’t even use this gym because there promo was not applied @sign up.

absolutely terrible management. Had to call multiple times for charging me a year of memberships after cancelling, was told each time I will get a call back from a manager. The one time i got hold of the manager he then told me to resign a cancellation form so I wont get any future charges. I was then told in order to receive a refund another HIGHER manager would “DEFINITELY” contact me the next monday. I confirmed multiple times and guess what no call was ever received and I was charged an additional time! Quite laughable h... read more

Very friendly front desk lady who turned on the sauna and gave great customer service. Sometimes other staff showed up late but she is always on time at 5am

For the past two consecutive workdays, the gym has not been opened on time — no staff were present to unlock the doors. Each day, more than a dozen cars sat in the parking lot with members waiting, only to be turned away. This is unacceptable. If the facility has closed permanently, members deserve to be informed. If it remains open, then leaving paying members locked out without notice or explanation reflects poorly on operations and customer commitment.
