DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO CRUNCH: -bad customer service -they wont let you cancel in person or over the phone or online -management has an attitude Customer service is a big problem for crunch Ann Arbor and Crunch corporate. They have some pretty predatory business practices as well and it seems they might be having some cash flow issues. On top of that the sauna and lockers rooms always felt excessively dirty I don’t think the general manager sees these things as an issue.
Great gym! Don't use massage chair #3, it hasn't been working for almost a year. Also, adding another bench-press would be helpful, since the gym is often busy, and the 2 benches that are available usually are not enough for the high-demand. Desparate enough people resort to the squat rack for bench... and that causes another demand issue over there too. But overall, great gym! Friendly staff!

Spotless, spacious, well-equipped. Everything seemed new; everything I used was in good order. Nice, friendly people at reception. All good.
