Ashley is The kindest most dedicated Pilates instructor. She is always aware and shares proper form and technique for a total body work out with weights. She warmly welcomes newcomers with her special smile. She has even purchased yoga mats, light hand weights, and knee pads that she generously shares with others. Her stretching class always makes me feel taller! We are so fortunate to have the very best hard working, conscientious and fun loving family at Crunch Ancaster!!
I gave 4stars because the space is small and air- conditioning is almost nonexistent. The classes are amazing! David is the best Zumba instructor, always giving me a serotonin boost! Such a good cardio dance workout! Maisa is great too, classes are always overbooked, never enough room Ashley is amazing with yoga, stretching and barbell! Therapeutic for my back pain!
