What a shame. When I numerously called and left messages months ago for cancellation and was not able to go to the location., and not even email to contact to confirm the cancellation. (definitely poor management)had cancel my membership due to personal issues/unbroken equipment. And still went ahead and charged me $199.61 out of my account which they did not have permission for but nice try Crunch Ancaster. Fraud!
Worst company.
Great place. Great service. Been at this gym for such a long time since Five Star days. Highly recommend!
