There are many good initiatives going on in the gym, but the management of tying everything together and giving a wholesome experience to clients is missing. I joined the gym last month and information was provided in piecemeals. I would also request the team to inform the cost when a session booking is done for ex: physio session. I enjoy this location. Its clean and the staff are always friendly. I would however love to see a tanning bed/red light therapy machine here. The new massage chair is great!
This gym offers a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment that makes every visit enjoyable. The facilities are modern, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is consistently professional. I truly look forward to coming here as part of my routine.
I would give a zero if it was possible, I had been going to crunch for a while , when I became sick I started going to the yoga and Pilates classes that they provide, that's where I met Ashley who is one of there instructors, we right away clicked, bonded and formed what I thought was a strong connection, it was a great feeling for me due to the shortage of social support I had not been receiving. To the owner and the manager, Its been nearly 3 months , the two showers in women's locker room are not fixed. Likewise, the internet connection is having issues frequently. However, I see that neither of them is on your priority list to address them; its an inconvenience that every patron is enduring. Above all, the arrogance and rudeness of new receptionist is not helping the matters. He is the one who was working on Saturday.
