I’ve been a member for only one week, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve tried coming at almost 10 different times, including 3 PM, 7 AM, 6 AM, 5 PM, and other times throughout the day, and every single time the gym has been extremely crowded. Better hope you never want to cancel your gym membership because they will make sure you are never able to.

This by far has been one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been in my life. Crunch should be ashamed of having a place like this and it’s not just the bathrooms but everywhere in this gym, they never clean it. I can tell the bathrooms hasn’t been cleaned in months and months. I was in town for a week and thank God I had the Planet Fitness membership as well. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed.
