Do not use the personal trainer services - They will charge you without your approval even you had not make any schedule with the professional. I was personaly in this place, explained my situation and they ask me to wait for the refund check come by mail and is about 3 weeks and nothing of refund the unauthorized money charged. They will totally ignore your refunds requests by email. I don't recommend this gym at all!
Ripoff experience as they continued to wrongfully bill my credit card after I canceled my membership until I discovered 4 month later. On or about December 24, 2015 I noticed that Crunch has been billing my credit card account despite that I have canceled my membership on or around 4 month ago (September 2015).
