I dropped my brand-new never been used Aluminum 5-pound C02 tank to be filled. They stated that it would need to go to Tampa to be filled and it would be back in a week. I returned in a week, no C02 bottle. I was told the bottle was in Tampa still and to come back next week. I drove to the Tampa location only to be told they can't find my Brand-New Aluminum C02 bottle that had my phone number labeled on the neck of the bottle. Always great service From them.
They should probably fix their hours. I've tried to catch them open from as early as 3:30 pm - 4:10 pm on several weekdays, the sign says open, and there is nobody in the office. I've waited and they do finally come out and leave the shop at 4:30 pm, it happens too often and frankly I just rather run a bit farther to Robert's oxygen
Excellent company. Nice people and fast service
We have been using Crumpton's for at least 7 years to refill our C02 tanks. They are always fast, kind and great customer service. They get the small tanks when we need it as well. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
