I'm a Licensed Agent for WFG and my review dealing with Crump Life Insurance is very poor. The Life Insurance Dept lack the comprehension of what the agent is wanting to get done. They are supposed to be the "expert" on behalf of WFG, but they certainly NOT at all. The communication, inefficiency, correct information, and customer service makes and caused an application to lag. If you are an agent, don't expect to receive your commission in 30,60, or 90 days.
