Seem like nice people but totally overwhelmed. When the first issue arose, they abandoned ship and didn’t return phone calls or emails, just said “we gotta wait.” Been waiting for over a month to get a call back.
Not helpful at all, extemly short. Not sure how to reply, but I am not even a customer. I actually called in to ask some questions and it was the person who answered the phone.
Don’t let them install the new phone to your hotels they will take deposit and never finish work. They own local business Quincy is owner they never came to finish our phone system from last 2 years I ask to come and finish they keeps saying we will be there never finish there job in my hotels good luck to anyone who won’t to install new phone system in there hotels don’t pay anything on front for this guys thanks
Not a committed service don’t pay in advance, we are hotel and completely not satisfied
