I definitely recommend Crumm Insurance Agency. I began shopping for new auto coverage for a joint policy when my son purchased his first car. The rep I spoke with went above and beyond my expectations. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient with my numerous questions and made me feel just like family!
David is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. He doesn't have a clue about insurance or customer service. When I asked him for a copy of what I signed he took out one of the papers and refused to copy it he told me that was his own personal information on me, by law anything he has on me I have the right to have a copy of. After my children obtained their drivers license, I began to shop around for the best insurance rates.. I was referred to Crumm by a friend. I was very impressed with the knowledge and personal service of Mr. Rea. He was able to look into many different companies that Crumm represents.
