I dropped off my 2003 Audi Rs6 after a spark plug and coil pack blew out of the head. In no time flat, Jim & his amazing team had the issue fixed! He even had to source out a specialty drill bit for the job and went above and beyond! They now have a new customer for life. Thank you guys so much.
Jim and Eric are top-notch with both our cars -- Audi TT and MB 350 wagon. They care, they are informative and they're always interested.

Do NOT go here! Jim Crumley is gone, and the guy running this place, "Trae", is a piece of work. If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over a few years. And when it came time for me to ask a simple question of the mechanic about whether he had ever seen a particular car problem, Trae tells me I can't speak with him unless I bring the car in.
