Not a fan. I called in September to have my septic tank alarm looked at. The overflow alarm consistently goes off (shorted). They sent a rep out to look in the tank, said it looked good but insisted to pump it regardless. The rep wrote notes on the invoice noting parts had to be ordered for the alarm box and said he would follow up a few weeks later once parts were ordered. The follow up phone call never came in. I can't say enough good things about Brian and his crew. They got out and pumped my septic tank immediately! Another company was going to make me wait 48 hours.... Thank you guys for your prompt service!
We had a great experience. I had a toilet faucet installed and another faucet that has been leaking That they’ve ordered apart for them will come back and install when the part comes in. I appreciated that they were on time and communicated very well about what was happening throughout the process. They were recommended to me by a friend who also had a very good experience and I will definitely recommend them or use them again.
