I am the 1 out of 100 people that continuously have bad luck. If it can happen to me, it does. Larry goes above & beyond to make me appreciate him & his company. I love the hands on training that he supplies to his employees. He is so knowledgeable about what he does, that he gives me confidence over & over with his company. People say that your name can mean a ton & with this company that is absolutely true!! I can't give a high enough review.
We were referred to Crumer's thru our home warranty company when our AC began going out intermittently. The tech who came out diagnosed a bad contactor but said he needed to order the part. The tech asked us to pay him the $100 of our home warranty deductible, he would then order the part, and he was to call us within a couple of days to schedule a time to return and install it. This company was assigned through my home warranty company last year 2022 it too almost 3 months for my AC to be repaired/replaced. So by the time I was assured it was fixed and working properly it was time to turn it off for the season. I went to turn it on this season and it’s not working. I called Larry he seemed concerned and said he would be out the next day to check it out. This was June 6th and no I have not heard anything from him and today is June 21st. Was suppose to be at the house between 11-3. Didn't show up till 8:30pm. Thank goodness they got my AC working.
