God forbid you get assigned an audit with this organization. Their Web Portal is straight trash. Good luck signing in or navigating the portal. Their customer service phone lines are unresponsive. Leave a message and you won't receive a call back. They will still threaten you with non-compliance even though they are unresponsive and will not assist you with their audit. I might have to file a complaint with the State.

I've been handling our malpractice insurance for 30 years. Crum's questionnaires for lawyers professional liability insurance demonstrate that Crum' doesn't know what it is doing. After spending hours trying to interpret their forms, we told our independent agent that we would not solicit or accept any quote from Crum because it clearly doesn't know how a law office operates. Insure with them at your own risk.
