Crum & Forster won't deny the medical care that you need, because then you could file an appeal with your state's worker's compensation board. They will just ignore your needs indefinitely, despite the nurse from their own company asking for the services. Crum & Forster’s is timely, accurate, and complete deducting their premiums from my checking account. It’s downhill after that on a simple claim under $200.00: - “Claim not received” (the claim was efiled) - Claim is being processed (which was fine) - Claim was approved and sent to QA for review - Claim was not in fact not approved nor sent to QA; customer rep acknowledged there was a “glitch” and the claim was not approved nor sent to QA - Requested to speak to a Manager - that person not available, no return call - After ... read more
