Run as fast as you can the other way. Choose another company to work with. My trip was canceled to Tanzania last October due to the political upheaval. The airport was closed. People were rioting. People were dying I couldn't even get in the country and my tour company had to cancel the trip. Getting a hold of this company is quite difficult. I'm leaving three stars because my experience with them has been less than stellar. However, if I do happen to make contact with them, I will update my review accordingly. In short, we are a small security company with a fantastic reputation in our region, Crum & Forster has been our general liability policy provider up to this point.
