I tried to get ice at the ice machine and it was not working but it charged me $5. I called the number provided here on the Google ad and was told that someone was on site or would be there in about 5 minutes. I return back to the location and waited 5 minutes but no one showed up to refund me my money. Was told on the phone by the lady I spoke with that the only way I could get refunded would be in person. This car wash has taken my money more than once, and the equipment is old and poorly maintained. Half the time it doesn't work correctly, so you end up paying for a service you don't receive. If you're going to charge customers, at least keep the equipment working. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it.

Tore the hell out of my car going through their automatic carwash
The car wash I picked was for $10 and I got charged $15. No air dry. Streaks all over my car after from soap. Rinse barely had any pressure.
