I ordered the Cloud which I usually don’t taste the over powering coffee flavor compared to the Cool Coffee Cloud flavor. This is the ONLY location that struggles to make a Cloud that tastes like the ice cream & white chocolate flavor that a Cloud should taste like. Even after trying to have it remade, it tasted nothing like I’ve received at multiple different locations. You can only taste coffee, the drink is liquidy not thick like the Cloud is usually made.
