Haven't shopped her, but I ran out of gas from the highway and ended up at his shop, he was nice enough to give me directions to the gas station as he didn't have gas, and said if we reach out just to call him and he would help us. Very kind! Thanks a lot

Great experience buying a car here. Was unlucky and had a power steering leak a few weeks after my purchase but Jim (the owner) was able to get it fixed the same day without breaking the bank. Amazing customer service, would highly recommend.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Jim is wonderful friendly. As a woman it can be intimidating going into an auto shop for repairs, a lot of places have the mentality that woman don’t know anything about cars. I never once have felt that way coming into Crusin. This is my second time here and won’t be the last. Had an emergency repair needed for my car they were able to fit me in next day and even showed and explained what was done and how bad the old part was on my car.
