After booking a cruise, I found that WI-Fi and a drink package was not included, as advertised in you on-line advertisement. After being on hold for an hour (after the automation said my wait time was 5 min), they were no help. My departure port changed ports 3 days before we were supposed to leave. Added an additional 10 hours to our trip. I explained to the rep who answered that this drastically impacted our trip. She then put me on hold for an additional 20 min to check w her supervisor. She then got back on the phone and said "yeah my supervisor said there is nothing we can do. Enjoy your trip!" Will NEVER use this site again.
I usually book with Cruisewise, but after my recent experience, I am reconsidering my future bookings with your company. I encountered an unexpected $100 cancellation fee for a booking made less than 24 hours ago, and I find this policy highly dissatisfying.Initially, I planned to book three rooms with Cruisewise due to the enticing "no deposit due today" sale. ****** Cruise for 2 June 2022. I didn't check BBB before using them, but I should have. Failed to get the airline tickets I ended up paying several times more for. No info in excursions I had to go around on foot to ask if they had our names. Extreme hold times on phone. Crazy business practices.
terrible customer service never get return calls very frustrating..looking into using celebrity cruise lines to take over
