After meeting Ted and his crew I decided to give them my project .they were informative and very helpful in suggesting otjer areas that needed attention while my l.c was apart .I purchased a one owner 2002 landcruiser with some frame rot .they dove right in and did an amazing job .they ended up suggesting more items that needed addressing while it was apart .they ended up replacing almost 1/2 the rear frame snd many other components. Well , I regret bringing my cruiser there. Took two years. Crappy paint job. No communication. Ted is a liar that strings you along. Called the local police to let them know my tow truck driver was picking it up. Didn’t have the The ARB bumper that I paid for a year earlier. BUYER BEWARE- Bought a $1700.00 P/S Conversion kit. No Tracking number. No Customer Service. No Email or Phone Communication. Received 2 out of 20 parts that were supposed to come in kit. Can only assume company is a scam.
This place pretends to be an online parts retailer, but they're actually just a drop-shipping operation. They don't keep the parts in stock, and they don't update their inventory status to reflect when things are out of stock. Do not buy parts from these guys. I placed an order almost exactly 1 month ago. I still haven't gotten any type of shipping notification or tracking number.
