Do not trust Cruiser Auto Repair shop, based on my experience. They gave me horrible advice that would have cost me $2,000 more than it should have. I went to Cruiser after getting a diagnosis of my 2010 Buick Lucerne from the Maryland Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP). The team was great, and patient with managing my repair through my warranty company. Good communication and satisfied with the work they did fixing my Mazda CX5. Would definitely use them again.
Took vehicle in for AC repair, was covered under Maxcare plan from Carmax. They took care of everything, even gave me back my car while waiting for parts (which was very nice) it has been almost 6 months - 1 year since the repair and everything works great. I paid them my deductible and carmax maxcare took care of the rest.
