We were recommended by our mechanic and fellow caravaner to make the trip from Sydney to Brisbane specifically to have TPC retrofit our airbag suspension system. The best decision we could have made. So happy with the service and the performance of our new suspension system. BUT THEN, after the servicing of our van, by our local caravan service centre, before a big planned trip, something went terribly wrong. Fantastic service. Helped with caravan wheel alignment, full bolts check, torque, marked with paint and technician even came out to give me a detailed run through of the new BCS system, answered any questions. Very knowledgeable!
I bought a new caravan at the end of August and it's fitted with the cruise master BCS system I had a couple of minor issues with the install completed by the manufacturer so dropped in to see Kieran at the Brisbane towing performance centre he went out of his way to help me can't speak highly enough of the service of this company and the product it's outstanding
