Had the Bosch ABS system fitted to caravan and a 10k service done. Very professional and great explanation about what they had done. Also got the car and van weighed. Spent long time explaining options and things to consider before buying and adding accessories to vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend going and talking to them before you start to fit things to car.
Great customer service, great attention to detail, we had the ATX air suspension system retrofitted to our 23 foot Roadmaster caravan, as a result of me requesting to have the new CruiseMaster DO 45 pin hitch fitted we couldn’t put the old Heyman reace anti sway system back on, I was interested in getting the new electric anti sway system, but as a result of the new ATX suspension the van is stable enough without it.
All the staff at Cruisemaster Towing Performance Centre were amazing. We mostly dealt with Chris who explained everything in detail that needed to be done to our vehicle to ensure we were compliant towing our caravan. Chris's customer service was the easiest and educated experience I have had to deal with in a long time.
How amazing are these guys… very professional & a pleasure to deal with, we had our new majestic/Cruisemaster ATX caravan 1k suspension service & a wheel Alignment done with the Towing Performance Centre, well it was a different van to tow & after everything was tweaked, greased to factory spec & ATX Ride height set exactly as designed. We recently had our van serviced at the TPC and once again the service and workmanship was simply outstanding. We were one of their very first customers to have had our van serviced by the TPC team and our connection to the team goes back to over 8 years. Kierran and his team are great and we want to make special mention to Kel. We have been very fortunate that Kel has worked on our van for every van service over those years.
