Cannot possibly express strongly enough my gratitude to Kieran and his team. I experienced problems with levelling, unable to diagnose problem on the roadside over the phone, they arranged a timely appointment at the Brisbane site, fixed problem & got us underway all the time keeping us in the loop & expeediating the repairs. Fantastic job, fantastic customer service, Fantastic attitudes. I cannot speak or recommend Cruisemaster Brisbane highly enough. Thank you.
Wanted to thank and give a massive shout out to the guys at the Cruisemaster towing performance centre in Brisbane. I rang these guys up about 2pm on a Monday as I had blown a hydraulic brake line on my van and I was 2 hours south. They said they were fully booked for a month out but made time the next morning to repair my van, they also picked up a few seperate issues under the van and highlighted them, and fixed them aswell. I cannot speak highly enough of Cruisemaster and their customer service. We experienced a suspension issue while travelling on the Great Central Highway and found ourselves stranded on the side of the road, hundreds of kilometres from help. From the very first phone call, the team at Cruisemaster were incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely concerned about our safety. We popped into Cruisemaster's Towing Performance Centre in Geebung yesterday. Great reception from the people there and all staff we encountered were extremely helpful. We were there with a customer's new van and wanted to better understand Cruisemaster's new Body Control System (BCS) before handing it over to the new owners, Eric & Belinda from up Baralaba way.
