Extremely rude. Got a quote on cruise compete and asked questions via email..some questions were answered but I had more so i asked to have them call me. No call 8 hrs later..so I called them and got a person who said my agent was on vacation for two weeks..someone I never heard of. Insisted I will job to deal w her bc she’s my agent..mind u the cruise is on three weeks lol. It’s rare that you get the best deal along with the best service, but I confidently say that with Mel at Cruise Vacations Outlet!! He has gone above and beyond for me, including answering my calls on his days off! Extremely happy with him and would recommend to anyone booking a cruise. Bonus points as they were one of the few agencies that let me book my cruise in Canadian dollars!
TLDR: Sent us a quote for a cruise, we put a hold on it till I got off of work to go pay. They came back and said they sent us the wrong quote and sent us over the updated quote that was ~$600 more expensive. The Ol’ bait and switch in action. I called to get some reasoning and got shouted “ we all make mistakes” roughly 7 times. Womp womp

From the start, communication was poor—emails went unanswered for days, and phone calls were rushed or ignored. Paru seemed overwhelmed and visibly frustrated by basic requests, like changing our stateroom or inquiring about upgrades.
