In the process of taking a couple of weeks to plan a family cruise (costing ~$10k, just for the cabins), I get a message from Cruise Vacation Outlet stating that "we are dragging this out" and that they are "stepping down from the offer and moving forward with other inquiries". Quote was good but I didn't think I'd be rushed into making a purchase.
Go elsewhere! Beth messed up on my booking with the payment and when I politely told her she screamed at me!
