This is the absolute worst company to rent from. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with—unprofessional and unable to explain anything regarding your lease or charges. They recently added water and trash fees to the property they took over at 16 SW 9th St. If you're not careful and don’t pay attention, you’ll end up paying a water bill twice in one month.
