Our cruise to Antarctica was a once in a lifetime adventure! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Joe And Bobbie expertly handled the details of our very first cruise. The crew and staff of the Viking Octantis were impeccable. I highly recommend Joe, Bobbie and Viking.
Joe and Bobbie have always went above and beyond to take care of us and book us great vacations, especially the one time that we did have a problem and between us and them we were able to resolve the issue so that we could have a stress free vacation. Joe worked very hard to rectify the situation and called me multiple times to keep me updated and I think he actually spent hours on hold on the phone and finally got it resolved. I have recommended them to multiple family and friends. THANKS
Cruise Planners ( Joe ) did a excellent job booking and rescheduling our group trip on Viking River on the Rhine. They did a excellent job keeping everyone informed with paper work and keeping us up to date with every detail for the trip. Thank You for a wonderful experience.
