Joe underwood was very helpful answered all our questions and kept up with the situation of the low water levels on the Danube
Great communication thru Cruise Planners. Viking was amazing but could be nicer if given hotel in lieu of bussing to sister ship.
As first time cruisers, Joe Underwood answered all our questions and kept us up to date on any needed changes or situations. This was especially helpful when we were advised of low water issues on the Rhine river. He responded to every phone call and got back to us in a timely manner. We have already booked another cruise for March.
Excellent service and rapid response time. Always reliable! And fun to work with.
Joe and Bobbie did an amazing job at helping me plan my family trip to Alaska! They were so helpful at helping me pick the best cruise ship and getting my group of 12 booked. We had the best time!!
