Joe and Bobbie from Cruise Planners helped my sister and me plan our Viking cruise from Zurich to Paris. It was a fabulous trip and every detail was taken care of. The weather was a little chilly and some rain but we got to see and do everything we wanted. Can't wait to see where we'll go next!!
Since I had never been on a cruise, I decided that utilizing a Travel Agent would be a good idea. I contacted Joe Underwood at Cruise Planners who was very nice to work with. He was easy to talk to, quickly available and answered so many of my questions along with helping me plan my cruise for my daughter and myself. It was a wonderful trip and by working with Joe, it gave me peace of mind for our travels.
Our cruise to Antarctica was a once in a lifetime adventure! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Joe And Bobbie expertly handled the details of our very first cruise. The crew and staff of the Viking Octantis were impeccable. I highly recommend Joe, Bobbie and Viking.
Joe and Bobbie have always went above and beyond to take care of us and book us great vacations, especially the one time that we did have a problem and between us and them we were able to resolve the issue so that we could have a stress free vacation. Joe worked very hard to rectify the situation and called me multiple times to keep me updated and I think he actually spent hours on hold on the phone and finally got it resolved. I have recommended them to multiple family and friends. THANKS
