Texts were responded with emails for some reason, no communication or confirmation before in the last weeks leading to travel. My flight was locked, so I couldn't change it when I got to the airport early, and now I get to wait 6 hours and can't change it. This was the first time I planned a trip, and I regret using this company. The cruise was fine, but that's probably because a different company manages the boat.
