I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at cruise oz in particular Vaughn, Roslyn and jade. They provided me with excellent service when selling my caravan through them. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend cruise oz.
Honestly the after sales warranty service is non existent.Rather than own the issue Cruze0z will deflect.My ESC was not working even though the green light was on.Cruize oz did the usual not want to know so I took it off myself and sent it to Alko for testing and surprise,surprise its faulty, Alko are replacing it under warranty.All the drawer runners came apart because of the tiny screws and no sealant.I fixed them myself.The bottoms broke out of the two large food cupboards because they have a thin floor.Cruize Oz said the... read more
