I found Ira arrogant and rude. I was looking to get the best price with perks for my group of 11 cabins. I was willing to switch my group over to him from RCL, if he could do better on the perks. He went on to tell me that my expectations were too high for a cruise with the price quoted. I told him if he didn't want my business to just say so...and he said " i don't want your business" and hung up on me. Is that anyway to treat a new and potential customer? I think not!
