Just returned from a cruise to Italy and Croatia. It was awesome thanks to the staff at Cruise Encounters!
Cruise Encounters provided my cousin and myself with a trip of a lifetime. Our 2 week cruise to Croatia and Italy was very well organized. They sent us a package by mail with all the vouchers and information we needed. I really appreciated this as it can be annoying printing things on a computer. The company was pleasant to deal with on the phone and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Cruise Encounters to anyone who wants to have an effortless, enjoyable vacation.
Although I have travelled extensively over many years, I only recently booked a trip with Cruise Encounters. From the very first conversation I have experienced some of the most professional and knowledgeable people in the travel business. It has been a pleasure working with this company - and an big added plus in today's world - a real person ALWAYS answers the phone.
Thanks to Lisa and Janice for all the help they gave us when we were thinking of taking a cruise to Alaska. We felt totally confident in their suggestions. They also helped in printing out boarding passes, etc.
Recently, through Cruise Encounters, we booked the Italy - Croatia trip with Celebrity. It was a wonderful tour! One of many things things we appreciate is the attention to details that is characteristic of Robert, Lisa, and Janice.
