Although I have travelled extensively over many years, I only recently booked a trip with Cruise Encounters. From the very first conversation I have experienced some of the most professional and knowledgeable people in the travel business. It has been a pleasure working with this company - and an big added plus in today's world - a real person ALWAYS answers the phone.
Thanks to Lisa and Janice for all the help they gave us when we were thinking of taking a cruise to Alaska. We felt totally confident in their suggestions. They also helped in printing out boarding passes, etc.
Recently, through Cruise Encounters, we booked the Italy - Croatia trip with Celebrity. It was a wonderful tour! One of many things things we appreciate is the attention to details that is characteristic of Robert, Lisa, and Janice. I gained a fuller appreciation of the creative/administrative efforts that team brings to the task of looking after both details and the big picture at the same time. Well done!
