We were looking for a travel agent and we were recommended by a friend of mine to Cruise Encounters / Robert for our honeymoon to Italy. He impressed us with his thoughtful planning and smart strategy for traveling around Italy, helping us avoid a lot of the amateur mistakes we would have made on our own. Probably a fine agent for booking packages without any deviation. Pay whatever the price is and move on. Booked a Paul Gauguin Cruise for 70th birthday celebration. Discussed additional pre & post trip accommodations and was simply conveyed and confirmed Paul Gauguin prices. Even after advising same accoms could be found cheaper by booking directly received no follow up or effort.
