I had an excellent experience. Their fleet was spotless—clean, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained. The drivers were incredibly professional, courteous, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, they were right on time, which gave me complete peace of mind. From start to finish, everything was seamless. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using their services again in the future. We rented the Trolly and Rolls Royce. Beautiful vehicles.
How on God's Green Earth this company has 4.9 stars is BEYOND me. My family recently hired Cruise Control for a Wedding Trolley. We paid extra for the Trolley, and also paid extra for more time with it in order to complete our itinerary. The Trolley broke down earlier in the week, but they assured us it was no problem for the weekend. The Trolley was scheduled to pick up the first group at 1:15pm and they called us at 12:30pm saying that the Trolley had broke down (again?) And that they had no other vehicle to substitute.
