Nearly every call will roll to voicemail, you can try to submit a request from their website but good luck on getting a response. For whatever reason Moke America made these guys the only supplier for parts in the USA making it impossible to buy any replacement parts for these vehicles. I have never had such an issue trying to spend money with a company.
