Unser Campervan war sehr klapprig, 100.000km, die Anzeigen f�r Black- und Greywater defekt, dauernde Fehleranzeige Reifendruck, M�use (6 haben wir gefangen), nicht funktionierende Heizung bei Minustemperaturen, wobei CruiseCanada nicht in der Lage war, das in 3 Wochen beheben zu lassen. Die Einweisung war etwas kurz, positiv war die Abgabe des Fahrzeuges, weil unklompiziert.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Cruise Canada. When we picked up our RV in Vancouver, it was not particularly clean and clearly had seen better days. I asked if another RV was available, even offering to pay for an upgrade, but was told it was this one or nothing. From day one, the problems started: a broken refrigerator, a damaged table, a leaking toilet and several other issues. Our holiday started positively andcheck i was straightforward and efficient. There were some trimmings loose on the cupboards. We were told to take a photo in case it was questioned when we came back. Once we had set off, we found there was no plug for the kitchen sink, the vanity sink was disgustingly grimy and so was the "down pipe" of the toilet. Handcontrols for persons with handicap available! Very nice personal, super comfortable vans and ready to go this extra step to equip the RV with handcontrols to make sure everyone can go on a camper trip. Had a great time! Took the C25 for 2 persons and a 2 week trip. Additional camper chair, personal and convenience kit. Absolute recommendation to do the national park trip and take the RV from Cruise Canada!💪🏼
