TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't rent here. Currently JUST rented a camper for 2 weeks and have been sent off with a defective camper. Within the first 24hrs, we lost power. We immediately called their roadside assistance and they've said they would call a MECHANIC. Now we have wasted 2 days for someone to contact us back to fix our camper. They STILL DON'T have a resolution or an appointment booked. Don't rent here. We are 2 Days in on a 2 week Vacation with a Class C RV with a newborn. This is Our Dream Vacation. The living area power to the Rv is not working. Fridge will not work now. We lost Our Frozen Breast Milk for the baby and Our Food. We called Cruise Canada , they claim they are calling mechanics but they Definitely have not called the ones where we are at. Just rented the 21’ Compact and we had a great experience. Definitely worth it!
Hatten einen C 25 mit erst 6000km, fast ein neu Fahrzeug. Wir waren mit dem Fahrzeug sehr zufrieden, hat uns 4 Wochen sehr gut von Ort zu Ort gebracht. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden jederzeit wieder hier ein Fahrzeug buchen.
