I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering hiring a motorhome from this company. We picked up our motorhome while it was still winterized, which we were aware of and had planned to have de-winterized later. At the first location, we were told it had already been done—but incorrectly. They attempted to fix it, but when we left, the shower still didn’t work. We had a wonderful experience renting a RV from the Cruise Canada Delta location. Everything went smoothly with communication, getting information about the use of the vehicle and pick up/drop off. After several years of tent camping the RV felt so luxurious :) RV was equipped with great winter tires which came handy in the winter conditions driving to the Whistler area. The main bed was very comfortable, had the best sleep in a while.

We bought a 23a Majestic, and as international buyers, Darcy was really competent and helpful with the whole process! The RV is well maintained and in good conditions! We would also recommend family and friend to rent out from here for long road trips :) thx!
