The disparity between these reviews and Trustpilot is huge… why I wonder? Sadly our experience is more in that camp! We had 16 nights in the 25' Standard C25 and overall, it worked well and did everything we needed it to do. We only had two nights without hook-up which is a challenge without a generator/solar. We received a C30 motorhome, did the condition check with the lady who rented the unit. When I tried to adjust the rearview mirror, it fell off in my hand. After reporting this to the lady, she notes it on the contract with the comment “you don’t need it anyways..” When we returned the unit, they charged us 375.00 CAD for breaking the glass! Don’t trust this bunch of criminals!
Great company, great experience! While the C30 Unit was a bit “tired” @ 170,000 km, it was comfortable and right-sized for a couple, with a golden retriever (we can’t imagine 6 living in that space!). The Unit was of maximum practical steerable length for easy access to all services & campsites @ Ontario Provincial Parks we visited (4). Customer service in Bolton was efficient, friendly and professional - thanks!
