Very friendly and professional. The RV was very clean and well-maintained.
The disparity between these reviews and Trustpilot is huge… why I wonder? Sadly our experience is more in that camp! We had 16 nights in the 25' Standard C25 and overall, it worked well and did everything we needed it to do. We only had two nights without hook-up which is a challenge without a generator/solar. But these guys are so far behind the competition it's alarming. The initial handover was cursory at best from unsmiling and indifferent staff (the hand-back wasn't much better).
