Communication of the Calgary branch is terrible or not existend. After a rental period of a week we unfortunately left some things in the camper. We have been trying for days now to get in contact with the branch through email, text or phone. There is no answer and phone calls are structurally ignored or answered and hung up within a second. I can't imagine how a stranded tourist would handle this situation. HQ did also confirm that they are not able to reach the branch.. seems strange to us. "Après deux mois de location à travers les États-Unis et le Canada avec Cruise America et Cruise Canada, je suis consterné par le manque de professionnalisme et les manquements graves à la sécurité rencontrés tout au long de ce périple. Great rental experience from start to finish. The team is nice and very accommodating. We had a Ford C21 and it was very reliable in every road condition. There was plenty of space for 2 people, bedding was comfortable and kitchen appliances were more than enough. Fresh/grey/black water need daily dumping/refilling which is not a problem since stations are available in every campground. Propane is very durable and economical. I fully recommend this rental!

We recently moved from BC to Quebec and chose to make a vacation of the journey. With a cat and dozens of house plants to be moved, we decided to rent an RV for our trip. After reviewing a number of providers, we settled on Cruise Canada. The booking agents, based in the US, were immensely helpful in addressing our questions, helping to plan the trip, and with making the final booking.
