부모님을 모시고 10일간 캠핑카 여행을 계획했다. 차는 25c 예약을 했고 가격은 매우 합리적이었다 캠핑카 특성상 매우 흔들림이 많고, 11만 마일이나 탄 차였지만, 우리는 별 문제 없이 친절한 직원분들의 인도에 차를 잘 빌렸다. 열흘동안 우리는 세상 처음 겪는 일들을 겪었다. 맑은 밤하늘에서 밝게 빛나는 별, 강물처럼 이어진 은하수, 중간에 배가 고파 차를 길가에 세우고 끓여 먹던 라면, RV캠핑장 공용 화장실에서 샤워하는 경험, 차안에서 도란도란 이야기를 나누며 잠에 들던 일등.. 내가 부모님을 여행시켜 드리는게 아니라, 내가 나에게 주는 선물같았다. 부모님과 함께하는 시간, 내 생에 가장 행복했던 시간.. 이 시간을 보낼 수 있게 해준 크루즈아메리카가 너무 고마웠다. 그래서 차량을 반납하며 그곳에 있는 직원들에게 감사하다고 전했다. 직원중 한분은 나를 목적지까지 태워주겠다고 까지 했으며, 우리는 프로판 가스를 잘 쓰지 않았는데 그 비용을 전액 환불까지 해주셨다. 전 세계 많은 렌터카 업체를 다녔지만, 이토록 만족스러운 경험은 처음... read more

Absolutely love camping in the RV. Still can't get over how easy and affordable it was. My family and I had a blast. We will definitely be renting on RV again.

This was our first RV trip and it was in credible. The customer service very prompt and helpful, really made this much easier because we have encountered few situations that we didn't know how to proceed and reading through the manual or reviewing the video would have taken too long. The customer service at the Henderson location also nice and made everything go smooth and without long waiting times.
