Alex Tawakoli, in the sales department, was phenomenal. He’s easy to talk to, provides answers to all your questions before you can even ask them, and responds quickly. He makes the whole process of purchasing a used RV very easy, especially if you are out of state and/or new to RV’ing.
Alex has been great! Drove from Arizona to Las Vegas in the morning, drove home in the afternoon with our super-clean 30 footer. No pressure sales, just lots of efficient help. Leaving for a 5 month trip in 2 weeks, no worries! Jack and Alice Heaven

We had a great experience buying our new motorhome from Cruise America's Henderson location! Alex answered the phone late on a Friday afternoon, while other inquiries went to voicemail. He talked with us for a while and gave us a video tour, that was a great first impression! He was helpful/responsive through the process of inquiry, buying, and pickup.
