There were some hidden costs that I do not believe were well outlined in our original purchase. Two days for the largest unit was $600. The service was great, the RV was clean and worked well. I would reserve with them again.

Wir waren von den negativen Bewertungen etwas verunsichert, haben uns aber aufgrund des unschlagbaren Preises dennoch für ein 30 ft RV von Cruise America entschieden. Um es vorwegzunehmen: wir haben es absolut nicht bereut! Die Begrüßung bei Cruise America in Henderson war herzlich und sehr freundlich. Der Mitarbeiter hatte sogar Zaubertricks für unsere Kinder auf Lager! Das RV selber war quasi neu mit nur 7000 Meilen und sehr sauber. Love this RV dealer. I have purchased several RV’s and this dealership was excellent. When I purchased my used Cruise America RV, it came with everything…. I mean everything. There were sheets, pillows, blankets, real silverware, I mean everything. Talk about ready to camp condition, you cannot beat it. Excellent customer service. I am from Ohio and went to Las Vegas to get the vehicle I wanted. The salesman was very professional, and the transaction was extremely easy.

Never again never never never again . Rackle Give me the worst service I ever got speaks to me in such a road way . She didn’t want to give me the details why they charge me and she literally laugh on my face. I’m in shock that company still working with those type of people.

Stay away from this company and from Raquel and keep your money safe I got extra charges of cleaning even though I provided proofs that I returned it cleaned.
