First time renting a travel trailer and the gentleman who did the reservation for us was very helpful. Picking up the trailer another man helped us and left us concerned that we would not have enough power or water for our trip. Again, being our first time this did concern us but it the end we did just fine. Would have been 5 stars if it not had been for his trepidation for our trip. Knowing what we know now we would rent again from Cruise America.
I bought a 2020 Minnie Winnie from the Hendersn, NV Cruise America and am well satisfied with the purchase. Alex and i went over the whole unit with my checklist and he replaced any small items that were up to snuff. We operated all the major units to be sure they were working properly. 7 new tires, 2 new batteries and the entire unit is in clean almost new shape.
Alex has been an excellent sales guide during my purchase of a motorhome at the Henderson facility. The paperwork was correct and timely including title, as he said. His customer service has been responsive and very supportive regarding the odd bits of repair during the purchase warranty. This is my first experience with Cruise America and I am pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable team at Henderson from Alex to Susie the manager, and all the techs.
