Great RV for first time RV drivers! Good videos to prepare and then a walk through once we picked up RV with an employee was helpful to ask any final questions. Great customer service! Only had one issue on the road and they gave us a discount when we returned due to the inconvenience. Overall a great experience!
Alex was great, he answered all questions and was on top of the paperwork for the registration in CA. He was available for needs and questions afterwards. The RV seems great (we haven't had it very long, but it passed smog in CA and seems good so far!) We noticed when we got back home to CA that we were missing a window screen and Alex made sure we got a replacement. Alex Tawakoli is the man! I sent a text to Alex’s work line on Saturday and by Monday afternoon we had a deal for the Minnie Winnie in the picture. Some paperwork and a flight from LA to Vegas and I was driving the RV home Friday afternoon. Everything was super smooth and Alex was straight forward and quick to respond. Generally a good experience. They were swamped with return customers when we showered up on a Monday at 1130am to pick up the trailer, and just told me to wait until 1pm. Ok, I get it. Then at 1pm, agent Virgil, made it only a 15 minute affair to get it signed off, hooked up and rolling away. Yay! We've never used Cruise America before and did not know what to expect. We had a 21' compact RV for one week, during which we visited Grand Canyon and Snow Canyon State Park (Utah). Overall it was a very good experience and we are already thinking of taking another trip with CA. We arrived 20 hours late for our pickup because of a problem with our flight.
