Me and some friends rented an RV there for 14 days for ~2500 USD including insurance, fridge, duvets … The service was very bad, the employees on site would not show us how to empty the water tank(which was needed for winter camping because it freezing could damage the vehicle) Then we had to call the technical service while we were travelling, who simply sent us a pdf(emptying it was not difficult) Also our fridge was just not working, so all our food went bad. Fast and easy pick up and drop off. Only sucky part was not being able to return Sunday vs Monday. Requires an extra day off to return the vehicle. Otherwise, the vehicle was fantastic. Everything worked was clean and smooth sailing.

This is our first time renting a RV. Even though we asked multiple times, we are still assigned a very old RV with 100k+ miles. Later on the road, we discovered issues every day from tire pressure indicator malfunction to control panel malfunction to engine light on. It totally ruined our trip and travel plan. We don’t feel safe driving the RV. The trip eventually became a RV adventure for us. Restitution du RV dans cette agence (pris à Los Angeles). Service efficace, attention d'être à l'heure au rdv et d'avoir tout vidé avant d'aller à l'accueil. Ensuite l'état des lieux est fait rapidement, l'agent nous a demandé si nous étions satisfaits, si nous avions eu des problèmes, etc. Difficile de se faire comprendre et d'obtenir une compensation à notre problème de clim durant le trajet, mais dans l'ensemble tout était ok. Les papier sont été faits, caution restituée, aucune mauvaise surprise.
