I've rented three times from this location. The RVs are clean and functional on pickup, with no issues. Waits are usually short or nonexistent. Returns have not been an issue: once I came back with the stairs ripped off and the rep didn't say a word because I paid for the damage waiver. There have been times where the provided equipment wasn't perfect (a water hose that leaked) or had issues during the trip (bolts that unscrewed themselves, preventing the door from latching securely). La experiencia con Cruise America fue muy buena. El proceso de rentar un RV no es complicado como puede parecer. Mas bien es bastante fácil. El equipo de Cruise America es muy atento y explican todo muy bien. El RV es bastante comodo, tiene opciones que ni siquiera imaginaba, para ser mi primera vez teniendo esta experiencia puedo decir que todo fue como la seda.
We did a one way rental from Las Vegas to San Francisco (Newark). The staff at both locations were helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions pertaining to the rental of a 30' RV, as it was our first time renting an RV. I would use Cruise America again!
Customer was was ok and main thing to add features in RV is rear camera if you guys install rear camera then it would be fantastic then Iam pretty sure you will get more and more customers and you guys will be busy all year please install rear camera safety for driver and others too
