We encountered a potentially life-threatening incident with an RV rented from Cruise America. During the trip, our vehicle lost the rear axle / driveshaft, which led to an abrupt and dangerous situation. As a result, my wife continues to require medical treatment and ongoing physiotherapy. To mój drugi wyjazd z camperem czy tzw RV I dzięki Cruise mieliśmy super wakacje. Ma źle wspomnienia po wypożyczalni z hiszpani a tutaj wszystko było na wysokim poziomie... Odbiór samochody szybko I informatywnie I tak samo oddanie. Super.. Bardzo dziękuję. My braliśmy małego RVai. Miał w środku wszystko co potrzeba, dodatkowo dobrze się prowadz nawet przy śnieżycy i latwo manewruje czy parkuje. Wow! Just… Wow! We drove from Miami, Florida to Los Angeles, California. Nearly 7,000km without incident! Cruise America provided a well serviced and safe vehicle and we had a ball! The kids called our RV “Gilbert” (because of the first 3 letters, on the number plate being “GIL”) and that little RV became part of our family for 3 weeks. One of the best places to rent an rv , Jonathan is one the best workers , he will explain everything and Beyond on what you need to know about the RV and make you feel like an expert once you are done .. I will recommend it and of course Jonathan is very very professional
Staff was knowledge and helpful. Check in and out was fast. Make sure to call ahead as instructed to schedule your pick up time. Got rear ended during my trip and travel assistance got us squared away quickly. I suggest prepaying for propane and the emptying the black/grey water. If you dump before arrival they will reimburse you. But there is nowhere nearby to dump waste water.
