Very friendly and accommodating staff. During pickup and drop off I encountered several different staff members and all were genuinely nice and easy to work with.
Fast service. The freeway exit may be a challenge - plan 20 min buffer.
Expect delay at pick-up but turning in was very fast and efficient!
