As always Cruise America was great! Nice people and very professional. 3rd time renter and we purchased 3 RVs going back to 2006.
We've rented from them multiple times and always had a great experience with customer service, pricing, quality of the vehicles.
Our RV rental was a one-way into PHX from SFO. The SFO group was great as was the return experience in PHX. This was probably our 10th Cruise America renter over the past 20 years and this was definitely the best of the bunch. No problems at pick up or return. Everything was clean and the process was orderly. Thanks Cruise America for another great experience!
Helpfully staff. A nice older model vehicle that was clean.
I drove this refurbished Cruise America RV cross country to Virginia. Everything ran smoothly. The staff in the Phoenix office were very friendly and helpful. I noticed a lock that wasn’t functioning correctly and they fixed it right away.
