I called to request a specific 1 way rental that was not listed online. I received a call back within 10 minutes and they specifically arranged what I needed. The unit I rented was clean, drove great and easy to get in and out of camp sites. Would definitely use them again.
This was our 2nd Annual CruiseAmerica two-week adventure. Like last year, the rig performed beautifully (Alan especially appreciates its ability to take-on the steep interstate grades without lagging), but the attention to routine maintenance seemed a bit lacking this year: (1) before embarking on our trip, Alan realized there was no oil (low enough to burn-up the engine, if not addressed asap!): (2) squeaky tensioner pulley that would've been a real bummer if it broke & snapped the serpentine belt on its way out; (3) a cove... read more
