I keep going back to Cruise America because there are never any surprises. They tell you what will happen, when it will happen, and when you are done you don't get that Gotcha! charge. Recommended.

We had a great experience overall with our reservation. We did end up swapping out RV's within the first hour or so, as there was a severe wobble to the vehicle, you couldn't see out of the mirrors as it shook and at the same time Phoenix was experiencing heavy rain and hail. They worked with us as we had already fueled the RV and credited for that and sent us on our way with a new RV. They were gracious and understanding. CRUISE AMERICA!!!!! I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE- I WAS SO SCARED UNTIL MY ESTABAN CALMED ME DOWN AND REASSURED ME! - Now, i am SO excited for my trip from Tampa to New York up the coast! Estaban was amazing!!!!
