Rented a 25' RV for 9 days. Process was smooth and easy. Only complaint I could have is the refrigerator was actually too cold. Ironically, it was actually frosting and freezing the drinks and condiments. Everything worked fine, and the truck handled the northern Az mountain driving without issues.
All the agents were extremely nice and accommodating. However the vehicle had a plumbing problem on the trip. The shower and kitchen sink did not drain. We were given a discount soon returning howevet
we were set to do a one way in June from Mesa to Ohio, and due to health had to cancel , a week or so after . but it is still 2 plus months away , and I got told on phone the 300 deposit is lost and we will not get back. what is that? that is robbery. that is a 2 day rental they keep basically. I am so disgusted in the way I was treated and the fact nobody even wanted to try and resolve. stay away from these rip off artists
Outstanding service and attention to detail. A Father and son roadtrip we will never forget. Highly recommended.
