BEWARE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR HOLIDAYS TO BE WASTED!!! We had a horrendous experience with our rental. We've booked a one-way trip from Everett/Seattle to Mesa/Phoenix between 9/12/24 and 9/21/24. We flew in from Europe, on 9/12 we picked up a campervan, we took it on a ferry to Kingston shortly thereafter, then we stopped on a campsite nearby, only to realize the next day that the unit is infested by cockroaches (a few were running around the vehicle, later we found the whole nest). Now that we are back home, I need to share our terrible experience with Cruise America RV Rental & Sales. DO NOT RENT from them! We had a broken AC on our trip, the hot water heater was broken, and the grey water tank leaked with every shower or when we used the sink. We called multiple times and each time they said they would call back. They claim to have emailed (which doesn’t work when you have no internet!).
