Where do I start, we rented one for a trip from Colorado to SA, Texas, and I believe we got the most fun down RV they had on there lot, lots of problems with it ( water leaks, heating and fridge not working etc ), we made it safely to SA, Texas and back home ( Colorado ), we were refunded a good chunk of our money, but never again!

We rented a standard rv from December 24th to today. Half way through our drive to Texas our engine light came on. The rv had a hard time turning over and starting and it smelled like propane was leaking. The fridge never worked off propane and we had to throw things away. I reached out to travelers assistance and they took a whole day to get back to me. Then I talked to them for like an hour they told me they would tell me where to take the rv to get looked at. We rented the 30' RV for 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. The rental process was a little bumpy because the RV they initially had prepared for us wasn't working - something about the gas valve. I'm glad they caught it before we left but I had to wait a little bit longer than I thought while they prepared another vehicle. It was clean, pretty easy to drive and overall saved us a ton of dough on hotels and eating out. The kids loved it. There was plenty of room. The drop off process was much easier.
