Beautiful America, Disappointing RV — Cruise America Falls Short — We rented a Cruise America RV for a 3-week family trip through Colorado, Utah and Wyoming with our 4-year-old son. While the trip itself was absolutely incredible, the condition of our RV was unacceptable and significantly impacted our experience. I'll start off by saying that the staff is extremely kind at this location in Frederick Colorado the process to get the RV was smooth and seamless. I parked the RV for half the day to get supplies together for our trip when I started to load it I noticed how filthy the RV was we cleaned up so much dog hair out of the RV the first night that we used it my son had an allergic reaction to the dog hair so we got no sleep that first night refrigerator had a mind of its own and went on and off as it pleased I had trouble with dump... read more
We bought a rental unit Minnie Winnie. We traveled 500+ miles and i have to say their employee Vincent Desalvo made the experience wonderful. He answered 99% of everything we wanted info on. Walked us thru the process, allowed time for inspection and was professional, personable and not pushy.
Great experience, great service, very friendly and professional, will rent from this place again !
