You get what you pay for… Our C25 (unit 258122) had a few problems; levels not working correctly, gray tank leaked after using shower, until first stop we found the wardrobe missing the pole so couldn’t hang anything. Could have done with new windscreen wipers. The fly screen rattled we had to jam a sponge in. Also the twist and turn method for the waste pipe, nightmare no clips. On a good note Our personal packs were missing towels so we had our money back. So check your packs before leaving… Overall the truck made the jour... read more

TLDR: If you're getting a smaller RV go with roadsurfer or outdoorsey. After the hidden fees you save no money with cruise america. Firstly the staff is great and the pickup was good so no issues there: 5/5. The RV though is another story: 1/5. We got the 21ft, and it was an absolute nightmare to drive and to be inside while driving. Unfortunately, my wife had to sometimes sit in the back with the kid while driving and couldn't handle the harsh ride and noise. The RVs are really jank.
