The staff in Kissimmee genuinely seemed like they hated being there. While we were waiting, the two employees spent most of their time scrolling Instagram or TikTok instead of checking whether our RV might be ready earlier. Stupid me didn’t hit the final button to secure the rental of a 25’ camper. Fearing the wrath of my wife, I begged the manager (Mr. Zuniga) to find me something, and I was set up with a 21’ camper which saved the day. I’ll be back in the future at this location with its helpful, friendly, and most important knowledgeable employees, everyone went above and beyond to get me on the road and show me all of the operations and features of the camper.
