We were first time renters and took advantage of a relocation deal. We had a fantastic time, loved our little 25’ RV and had excellent service from start to finish. Great on-call customer service for a slight mishap (us, not them) which was handled very efficiently by friendly people. Would definitely recommend this company to others and plan to rent with them again in the future.
My family took a trip to Yellowstone Fall of 2024 and rented a Cruise America RV. This review is mainly on the RV and the only reason I raised this to two stars is the guys I dealt with at the rental place were fantastic. It did not surprise me that the RVs contain no luxury options on them. This was a motor inside a large traveling rig with basic options available only - but again I expected this.
